How can I help?

There are many, many ways you can help elect Paul to the Somerville School Committee. Pick and choose the tasks that appeal to you. I guarantee you that you will be working with a great group of people and you will have fun!

  • Doorknocking. Go door-to-door with Paul on your street. Paul will be doorknocking all summer to meet as many voters in Ward 6 as possible. Take an evening and walk your street with Paul.
  • Host a coffee. Invite your friends and acquaintances for an energetic discussion about Somerville schools. If you don't want to host one, we will get you invited to one.
  • Street warden. Be in charge of leafleting your street and identifying likely voters.
  • Hold signs. An age-old tradition that we will not let die!
  • Send “Dear Friend” cards. Go through your address book and send cards supporting Paul's candidacy to all of your friends. We supply the cards and stamps; you supply the names and addresses.
  • Donate. Campaigns run on donations. Even a school committee ward race can cost thousands of dollars! (I know. I'm as shocked as you are!)
  • And, of course, VOTE FOR PAUL on November 8th - and tell all of your Ward 6 friends and neighbors to do the same! It's all about word of mouth, folks!
